With over 15 years of experience, she designs and implements innovative, evidence-based mental health products and services that enhance both human and technological capacity. A recipient of the prestigious TechNation Exceptional Talent visa, Kristina is recognised as a leader in digital mental health design.<\/p>\n<p>Her career spans multiple roles and sectors, from consulting and product development to advising and research. As Chief Product Officer at HANA, she leads the design of AI-driven mental health solutions, including the creation of ethical, low-bias large language models.
